1. Experience Requirement

• We do not hire beginners.

• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in the beauty/salon industry.

• This opportunity is for individuals who are already trained and looking to refine their skills with our techniques.

2. Internship Requirement
All selected candidates will initially be hired as interns.

3. Internship Fee
The internship fee is ₹12,000, which must be paid in advance.

4. Training Period

• Duration: 30 days (1 month), extendable up to 2 months if required.

• During this period, you will be trained using our professional products and techniques.

5. Learning & Work Exposure

• Hands-on training will be provided to enhance your existing skills.

• You will gain practical experience in a real salon environment.

6. Work Opportunity (No Permanent Hiring)

• We do not offer permanent/full-time positions.

• After completing the internship, selected candidates will get opportunities to work with us during the wedding season.

• Work will be assigned based on availability and requirement.

7. Payment Structure

• Payment is made on a per-client basis during wedding assignments.

• Earnings depend on your skills, performance, and the type of client/work assigned.

सैलून हायरिंग और इंटर्नशिप जानकारी

1. अनुभव आवश्यक है

• हम बिगिनर्स को हायर नहीं करते हैं।

• उम्मीदवार के पास ब्यूटी/सैलून इंडस्ट्री में कम से कम 2 साल का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

• यह अवसर उन लोगों के लिए है जो पहले से प्रशिक्षित हैं और हमारी तकनीकों के साथ अपने स्किल्स को और बेहतर बनाना चाहते हैं।

2. इंटर्नशिप अनिवार्य है
सभी चयनित उम्मीदवारों को शुरुआत में इंटर्न के रूप में रखा जाएगा।

3. इंटर्नशिप फीस
इंटर्नशिप फीस ₹12,000 है, जो पहले से (advance में) देनी होगी।

4. ट्रेनिंग अवधि

• अवधि: 30 दिन (1 महीना), आवश्यकता होने पर 2 महीने तक बढ़ाई जा सकती है।

• इस दौरान आपको हमारे प्रोफेशनल प्रोडक्ट्स और तकनीकों के साथ ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी।

5. सीखने और काम का अनुभव

• आपको हैंड्स-ऑन ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी जिससे आपके स्किल्स और बेहतर होंगे।

• आपको रियल सैलून एनवायरनमेंट में काम करने का अनुभव मिलेगा।

6. वर्क अवसर (कोई स्थायी नौकरी नहीं)

• हम परमानेंट/फुल-टाइम जॉब नहीं देते हैं।

• इंटर्नशिप पूरी करने के बाद, चयनित उम्मीदवारों को वेडिंग सीजन में हमारे साथ काम करने का मौका दिया जाएगा।

• काम उपलब्धता और जरूरत के अनुसार दिया जाएगा।

7. पेमेंट स्ट्रक्चर

• पेमेंट प्रति क्लाइंट (per-client basis) के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

• आपकी कमाई आपके स्किल, परफॉर्मेंस और काम के प्रकार पर निर्भर करेगी।

अगर आप ऊपर दी गई शर्तों से सहमत हैं और अनुभव की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हैं, तो आप आगे आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
